Clinical Skills Facilitator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Skills Facilitator to join our Learning & Experience team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Clinical Skills Facilitator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering clinical training programs, including Basic Life Support, Immediate Life Support, venepuncture, manual handling, and IV cannulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training in life support, manual handling, IV therapy, and core clinical skills
  • Work with clinical teams and SMEs to keep training content current and in line with best practices
  • Provide expert guidance to ensure staff meet legal and healthcare standards
  • Address urgent training needs in partnership with the OD team to meet demands swiftly

Requirements:

  • A Resus Council Instructor qualification with experience in delivering life support training
  • Registration as an Allied Healthcare Professional or Nurse, with relevant clinical training experience
  • Experience as an Advanced Life Support Practitioner and a solid background in clinical training delivery
  • A willingness to undertake additional training in clinical skills such as manual handling
