About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Ashley Gardens, a leading provider of nursing and respite care. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical and psychological needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and order medicines as required
- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Support new admissions and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory frameworks
