Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the quality of our care services in East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with a focus on risk management and compliance.

Key Tasks:
  1. Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop targeted action plans and improve service delivery.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  5. Provide training and support to staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
