Job Title: HR & Fleet Administrator

At Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Fleet Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system, and maintaining accurate records.

Fleet Management

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining/updating the Fleet Master tracker, including vehicles owned or hired by the Club;
  • Managing pool car keys with Security;
  • Completing insurance claims in case of accidents/claims;
  • Communicating with Payroll regarding any deductions;
  • Pool car bookings for Lilywhite House fleet cars;
  • Reviewing and updating the Driving Policy and the Drivers Code of conduct as required;
  • Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date in the Fleet folders.
HR Administration

You will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting the team with employee lifecycle processes;
  • Running monthly reports for the Foundation (including starters, leavers, sickness, probation etc);
  • Managing starters and leavers on MO in conjunction with our third parties;
  • Providing HR inbox support, ensuring queries are responded to in a timely manner with a focus on customer service;
  • Supporting the Foundation HR Manager with the management of volunteers.
