About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Faststream Recruitment Group. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the shipping and maritime industry.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and for identifying and developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the shipping and maritime industry, as well as excellent recruitment and sales skills. You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent for clients in the shipping and maritime industry
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs
  • Working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs
