About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Faststream Recruitment Group. As a key member of our commercial recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the shipping and maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and prepare talent for interview success
  • Prioritize relationship-building and meaningful connections
  • Work closely with our Singapore office and US Recruitment team to network and develop relationships with high-level business leaders
  • Attend regular client meetings and key maritime events
