Faststream Recruitment Group is a leading global people specialist in shipping, maritime, and energy recruitment. We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Southampton.

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned recruitment professional to help our clients across EMEA source and recruit top talent for various commercial positions, including aftersales, marine surveyors, and more. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll work closely with our Singapore office and US Recruitment team to network and develop relationships with high-level business leaders across the world.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and prepare talent for interview success
  • Strategically place candidates for mutual satisfaction
  • Cultivate client relationships through effective communication
  • Proactively engage with clients, staying abreast of industry trends
