About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Revenue Growth Specialist to make a significant impact at Radius. We're looking for someone who can drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIOR-LEVEL EXECUTIVES AND OTHER KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years' sales experience, preferably in a quota-carrying capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $90,000-$120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
