Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Community Neurodevelopmental Paediatric Team as a Clinic Facilitator, working closely with staff to deliver high-quality care to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure effective service delivery and efficient clinic operations.
- Collecting and analysing data on patient growth and development to inform clinical decisions.
- Working autonomously while maintaining clear communication channels for escalation purposes.
- Developing robust project management, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ensuring patient confidentiality, dignity, and respect throughout the care journey.
- Monitoring patient satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role comes with an estimated annual salary of £28,000, commensurate with your expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.
Eligibility Criteria:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification or extensive experience working with Children and Young People in a clinical setting.
- Strong academic credentials, including GCSE Maths and English grades C or above, or equivalent skills.
