Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Community Neurodevelopmental Paediatric Team as a Clinic Facilitator, working closely with staff to deliver high-quality care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure effective service delivery and efficient clinic operations.
  2. Collecting and analysing data on patient growth and development to inform clinical decisions.
  3. Working autonomously while maintaining clear communication channels for escalation purposes.
  4. Developing robust project management, organisational, and time management skills.
  5. Ensuring patient confidentiality, dignity, and respect throughout the care journey.
  6. Monitoring patient satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

Compensation & Benefits:

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of £28,000, commensurate with your expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.

Eligibility Criteria:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification or extensive experience working with Children and Young People in a clinical setting.
  • Strong academic credentials, including GCSE Maths and English grades C or above, or equivalent skills.
