Job Description:

This challenging yet rewarding position involves facilitating high-quality care to children and their families within our Community Neurodevelopmental Paediatric Team.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues to optimise service delivery and enhance the patient experience.
  2. Gathering and interpreting data related to patient growth and development to inform informed clinical judgments.
  3. Operating effectively as part of a team while being able to escalate concerns when necessary.
  4. Cultivating advanced management, organisational, and time management abilities.
  5. Safeguarding patient rights, dignity, and confidentiality throughout the care continuum.
  6. Monitoring patient satisfaction and taking proactive measures to address any emerging issues.

Compensation Package:

This role attracts an estimated annual salary of £29,000, reflecting the significance of your contributions to patient care.

Essential Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification or substantial experience working with Children and Young People in a clinical context.
  • Outstanding academic achievements, including GCSE Maths and English grades C or above, or equivalent skills.
