Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Search Consultancy. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service users in their care plans, daily domestic activities, and leisure, fitness, learning, and employment activities.
  • Encourage and support service users to learn and develop new skills, and nurture positive relationships.
  • Complete service user support notes at the end of each shift.

Requirements:

  • Experience in community services or as support staff.
  • Calm, positive, sensitive, and empathetic to individual needs.
  • Great communicator and ability to establish positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Valid driver's license.
