We are looking for a committed and empathetic Cerebral Palsy Care Assistant to become a part of our dedicated team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. This role involves providing essential support to a client with visual impairment, requiring assistance for 32 hours each week. The client is sociable, friendly, and enjoys engaging with others.
The individual appreciates attending an activity center and participating in volunteer work, highlighting the importance of social interaction and community involvement.
Compensation: £15 per hour
Working Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitating personalized care routines.
- Assisting with mobility and visual support.
- Administering prescribed medications and monitoring health status.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Keeping accurate records of care activities and reporting any changes in the client's condition.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work the specified hours.

Training & Background Checks:
