Job Title: Care Assistant

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients, supporting them with daily living tasks, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications, cook, and prepare hot meals
  • Help with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support

Requirements:

  • Passion for helping others and a desire to make a difference
  • Previous caring experience is desirable but not essential
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including alternate weekends
