About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Branch Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers receive a positive experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Assist with the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and maintaining displays.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail or wholesale environment is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
