Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing SaaS organisation in Chester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching potential accounts, analysing customer needs, and developing relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Develop and execute successful sales strategies and ensure the effective implementation of those strategies to increase customer loyalty and revenue.
  • Develop relationships with existing and new customers to increase customer satisfaction and grow business.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and/or business development.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
