About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the on-trade market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target key multiple accounts in your designated territory
  • Influence key bartenders and decision-makers to adopt our premium mixer brand
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Continuously monitor and improve sales performance through education and training
  • Represent the brand at events and tastings to build brand awareness
About You
  • Proven experience in on-trade sales or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for the drinks industry
  • Highly organized with strong time management and planning skills
  • A strong track record of developing new business and client retention
