We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Buying Lead to join our Purchasing Department, who can help us continue to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing specific bike platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing strategic procurement plans to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Your key objectives will be to:

  • Project manage specific bike platforms to deliver new bike programmes on time and within budget.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers to source materials and services that meet our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Commodity Teams to drive procurement excellence and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Project planning and execution.
  • Sourcing and procurement strategy development.
  • Supplier relationship management.
  • Quality control and assurance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
