Children's Services Director

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Children's Services Director to lead our team at SGS Care Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of our Children's Home and developing strategies for improvement.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Manage and motivate a team of caregivers
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve services

Salary and Benefits:
£66, 51 per annum (includes base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives)
• 10% annual salary bonus
• ¢3, 51 on-call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year)
• Attendance allowance (£1, 41)
• Long-term incentive plan: 30% salary bonus accrued annually as a future lump sum
• 4-week induction via Care Academy
• 7 weeks' annual leave

• Additional perks: meals provided on-site, recommend-a-friend scheme (£1, 00 bonus), supportive on-call system

The estimated salary for this role is around £62,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
