We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Sephora, Eldon Square in Newcastle.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth

- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including 30 days holiday, a generous discretionary commission scheme, and contributory pension scheme.
