Talent Works offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a High-Performance Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real impact on our business. You will be responsible for coaching stakeholders through the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

You must have a demonstrated knowledge and proven track record of success in talent acquisition best practices. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts to a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
