Job Summary

First Bus is seeking a highly skilled Operational Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our workforce transport contracts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and local business units to drive performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure punctual, safe, and reliable service delivery, meeting KPI targets and implementing efficient solutions to provide best value for money.
  • Develop and implement a structured account management approach, including regular client meetings and presentation of service performance data.
  • Liaise with local business units to create a cohesive working environment and ensure a consistent approach to working.
  • Perform site visits to client and supplier premises nationwide.

Requirements

  • Previous contract/client management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and solution-focused approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
