About the Role

First Bus is seeking a highly skilled Operational Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our workforce transport contracts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and local business units to drive performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective account management strategies to ensure service levels are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with local business units to create a cohesive working environment and ensure a consistent approach to service delivery.
  • Perform site visits to client and supplier premises to ensure service quality and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Previous contract/client management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and solution-focused approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
