About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Operations Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of our operational contact centre plan, ensuring that continuous improvement, quality, and regulatory standards are met while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and resolution of complaints
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all channels
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Manage and analyze customer data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service leadership, preferably in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze complex customer data and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
