Office Manager Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in Human Resources to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As an Office Manager Human Resources, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice, managing recruitment, and overseeing employee procedures, all while ensuring alignment with our company's ISO system (QUENCH).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate selection
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with auditing the company's Health and Safety system
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR and office management
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or related field preferred
