We are seeking a highly skilled Child Health Specialist to join our team as a Paediatric Nurse Manager in the Luton area. This role involves providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalized care plans, and managing multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver tailored care plans based on individual client needs.
  2. Manage multidisciplinary teams through effective leadership and communication.
  3. Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs.
  4. Maintain relationships with clients' families and work with community teams.
Benefits Package:
  • A competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including 2 days from home, 3 days in the community.
