Research Associate - Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join our team at the International Observatory on End of Life Care. The successful candidate will assist in the evaluation of an intervention to improve communication and continuity of care for cancer patients with palliative needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and implementation of a trial to evaluate the intervention, focusing on participant recruitment and data collection.
  • Conduct interviews with clinicians, patients, and families to gather insights into their experiences with the trial.

The International Observatory on End of Life Care is a leading research center that conducts high-quality research and provides innovative educational programs to improve palliative and end-of-life care. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a five-year study that aims to adapt an intervention to improve the communication and continuity of care for cancer patients with palliative needs. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced researchers and clinicians to develop and evaluate the intervention.

We are committed to family-friendly and flexible working policies and are open to discussing flexible working arrangements, including working hours and days. The position is available from September, and we are looking for someone to join us on an indefinite contract.
