About the Role
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Support students in developing essential life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and self-confidence.
Your Responsibilities
  1. Provide assistance with daily routines, including homework help, reading, and math activities.
  2. Help maintain a well-organized and safe learning environment, adhering to classroom rules and expectations.
  3. Establish positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents through regular communication and feedback.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with students who require additional support due to SEND or other learning needs.
  • Able to remain calm and composed when dealing with challenging behaviors, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all students.
  • Familiarity with SEND policies and procedures, specifically Autism and ADHD.
