Supporting Students with Special Educational Needs in Kent

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN teaching assistant to join our team at a SEN school in Maidstone. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with staff and students, and be passionate about working with children with SEND.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Work closely with the class teacher to plan and implement lessons
  • Assist students with their academic and social development

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or Level 5 and above
  • Flexible and able to work term-time + 1 week inset
