Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Oaks Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our department.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal disorders, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal results.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
- Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy (MSc or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior physiotherapy role, with a focus on musculoskeletal disorders.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team of physiotherapists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
