Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Oaks Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Physiotherapy department.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Physiotherapists to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes
- Develop and implement evidence-based Physiotherapy programs for musculoskeletal patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Physiotherapy policies and procedures
- Provide education and training to junior staff members
- Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy (MSc or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Physiotherapy, preferably in a musculoskeletal setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
