About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Oaks Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Physiotherapy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Physiotherapists to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement evidence-based Physiotherapy programs for musculoskeletal patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Physiotherapy policies and procedures
  • Provide education and training to junior staff members
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy (MSc or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Physiotherapy, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
