About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Oaks Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Physiotherapy department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management of musculoskeletal disorders and inpatient care for elective Orthopaedics, Gynaecological, and general surgery patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide education and training to junior staff members
- Contribute to the development of Physiotherapy services and policies
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy and relevant experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Strong knowledge of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and ability to apply them in practice
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
