About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Oaks Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Physiotherapy department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of musculoskeletal disorders and inpatient care for elective Orthopaedics, Gynaecological, and general surgery patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide education and training to junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development of Physiotherapy services and policies

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy and relevant experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
  • Strong knowledge of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and ability to apply them in practice
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
