The Role

We're currently seeking a Support and Enablement Specialist to join our team at Mill Street, a purpose-built supported living service for people with acquired brain injury, physical disabilities, and/or sensory impairment. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents to live independently and achieve their goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to our residents
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as medication management, health appointments, meal preparation, and cooking
  • Encouraging community integration and promoting independence
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to people with brain injuries. If you have a genuine empathy for our residents and are committed to making a positive difference in their lives, we'd love to hear from you.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £13.00 per hour, plus excellent benefits including 33 days annual leave (pro rata), group life assurance, company pension, access to our Employee Assistance Programme, and eye voucher scheme.
