Job Description

As a Children's Youth Worker with Teach360, you will play a vital role in delivering our programmes and services to children and young people in Hillingdon.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging programmes and activities that promote the social, emotional, and educational development of service users
  • Building strong relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement new programmes and initiatives
  • Contributing to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of our services

Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. youth work, education, social sciences)
  • At least 2 years' experience working with children and young people in a similar context
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of service users
