Terminal Experience Specialist

In this role, you will engage with customers, addressing their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills
- Address customer complaints and resolve problems promptly
- Offer a diverse array of services, including meal and beverage options
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Display a proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Show ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and meet deadlines
- Be flexible to work on-call shifts, mainly during school holidays
- Demonstrate the capacity to reach the site within 30 minutes of a call-out
- Per-shift compensation: £75
- Daytime hourly rate (8am-8pm): £12.50
- Nighttime hourly rate (8pm-8am): £15.00
- TWO DAYS OF PAID TRAINING
