About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to children and young people with complex emotional and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions to children and young people using evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including clinical psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and risk evaluations to identify the most effective interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate regularly with parents and carers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy or a related field.
  • Active registration with the UKCP as a Systemic and Family Therapist.
  • Experience working with children and young people with complex emotional and mental health needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £43,141 - £72,619 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and access to a comprehensive employee assistance program.

Location

This role is based in Exeter, Devon, with opportunities to work across the region. You will be required to travel to various locations, including clinics, schools, and community settings.
