About the Role

The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Stroke Therapist to join our team. As an Early Supported Discharge Specialist, you will provide intensive therapy services to patients in their own homes and other non-acute settings.

Working alongside the multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload under the supervision of Registered Therapists. This role requires a UK driving licence and your own car, as you will need to travel across Eastern localities.

As an Intensive Therapy Practitioner, you will work closely with Speech and Language, Physiotherapy, and Occupational Therapy teams to provide comprehensive care to patients. You will have access to a comprehensive training and induction programme, as well as opportunities for learning and development.

Salary: £32,000 - £43,041 per annum (dependent on experience)
