Support Worker – Days

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Belfast Central Mission. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist young people in developing life skills, including health, hygiene, finance, and housing.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to help young people cope with significant changes associated with adulthood.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

What We Offer
• 4% employer pension contribution (after 3 months of service)
