As a Salon Account Manager at Revlon, you will play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction in the Liverpool region.
Job Summary:
This permanent opportunity involves responsible for sales, profitability, and customer service for assigned customers and areas.
You will be responsible for the growth of sales and recruiting new customers in the sales territory as instructed.
Provide support to customers for developing their business and adhere to Brand guidelines & protect Brand Equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target and business objectives assigned by the National Sales Manager
- Introduce and sell new products and promotions according to established objectives
- Distribute advertising and promotional material using best merchandising techniques
- Advise customers about effective use of Company's products
- Proactively offer and provide support for customers' business development
- Promote customer assistance at events and meetings
- Achieve customer loyalty by making programmed visits and resolving incidents
- Carry out administrative and planning tasks including order processing, admin reports, and inventory management
Requirements:
- 4-6 years in sales position, preferably in similar sector
- Complementary sales training desirable
- User computer skills
- Full Driving License
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on performance and experience. Bonus potential: Up to 20% of annual salary.
