Business Development Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our Parts Department based in Liverpool. This full-time role offers an excellent chance to accelerate retail aftermarket sales growth and develop new business opportunities.
About the Role:- Drive Business Growth: Proactively engage with customers to achieve sales and purchase targets, accelerating revenue growth.
- New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities from our existing customer base and establish new conquest customers.
- Customer Relationships: Build and sustain excellent relationships with customers and franchise partners, meeting their demands and expectations.
- Sales Delivery: Ensure a consistent and commercial approach to parts sales and delivery across the region.
- Support Counter Sales: Play an active role in supporting front and back counter sales, driving sales growth.
- Face-to-Face Engagement: Conduct face-to-face visits with clients to develop meaningful business relationships.
- Experience within a parts sales role is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
- Excellent customer service skills with a good understanding of competitors.
- Motivated, sales and target-driven individual with a self-starter attitude.
- Proficiency in IT and analytical skills.
- A well-organised approach to work with adaptability to changing priorities.
- Effective communication with various target groups including customers, depot managers, franchise partners, and suppliers.
- Holding a full and current UK driving licence is required.
