About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Lidl GB. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our stores, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the store, including the trolley bays, car park, and outside spaces.
  • Operate industrial cleaning machinery with confidence and efficiency.
  • Clean the welfare area, including toilets, waste, and recycling sections.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the store's facilities are in good working order.
  • Ensure that hygiene and Health and Safety standards are upheld at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
  • A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail are essential for this role.
  • You should be passionate about delivering high-quality results and taking pride in your work.
  • Drive and independence are necessary to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively.
