Job Overview

SS&C Technologies Holdings is seeking a skilled Customer Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and provide accurate information and resolutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and provide timely updates.
  • Conduct research and analysis to resolve customer issues and identify areas for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
