The Quantity Surveyor Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Quantity Surveyor to join a growing, close-knit team of 8, working on a variety of high-profile projects ranging from £500k to £200m, with a focus on residential and commercial developments.
Our consultancy is well-regarded for its strong market presence and impressive project pipeline, offering not only immediate opportunities but also long-term career progression.
In this role, you'll have the chance to work closely with our Partners, gain valuable experience, and receive exceptional support in achieving your APC.
With clear pathways for advancement and flexible working options, including at least two days working from home, this position offers both professional growth and work-life balance.
Requirements
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- Pre & post contract experience
