About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children Support Worker to join our team at Paragon Social Care Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing holistic nurturing and support to young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and encourage young people in maintaining their personal care routines
- Plan and participate in activities and fun days out to boost social and recreational development
- Provide transportation for young people to meetings, school, appointments, and other activities
- Build and maintain positive and supportive relationships with young people on an emotional level
- Prioritize the safety and security of young people at all times
Requirements:
- Full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle for work
- Warm and bubbly personality to engage with children and young people on their level
- Flexibility in your work life
- Full Right to Work in the UK
- Experience in supporting challenging young people is ideal but not essential
