Your expertise will be invaluable in conducting supervision meetings, supporting team members, and providing management cover when needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in staff supervision and management
  • A deep understanding of the challenges associated with working with children and their families
  • Comprehensive knowledge of care proceedings and court experience
  • A thorough grasp of relevant legislation, guidance, and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft IT packages
  • A full UK driving licence
