Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our client's permanent team, working with children and young people with complex learning disabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess empathy, enthusiasm, and mental, physical, and emotional resilience, with a minimum of 6 months of prior experience working with children/young people or within a similar Social Care setting.
The role involves providing personalized assistance with daily personal care routines, cultivating a positive and enriching environment, and contributing to providing a homely atmosphere within the registered children's home.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance with daily personal care routines

- Contribute significantly to providing a homely atmosphere within the registered children's home
- Demonstrate expertise in understanding and managing challenging behaviours that may arise due to the unique needs of students
Requirements:
- Empathy, enthusiasm, compassion, and mental, physical, and emotional resilience
- Ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 months of prior experience working with children/young people or within a similar Social Care setting
- A driver's license and access to your car are essential due to the rural location
