Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a clinical team, delegating work to staff and supporting the development of nurse-led initiatives.
- Develop seamless and integrated care pathways between acute wards and primary care, in liaison with clinicians in partner organisations.
- Act as a role model for staff within the EVW service, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Responsible for staff management and supervisory responsibility for Nursing/therapy, support, and administration staff within the EVW service.

Requirements- RN 1st level degree
- Extensive post-registration experience in relevant clinical specialty - Frailty
