You'll work closely with our care professionals to develop and implement care plans, and provide guidance and support to ensure that our residents' needs are met.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide guidance and support to care professionals to ensure that our residents' needs are met
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff management and budgeting
  • Work closely with our care professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a care management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents
