We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague at Tesco. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
* Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
* Participate in seasonal and community events to drive sales and customer engagement

* Competitive hourly rate starting at £12.02, with opportunities for pay increases and additional payments based on location and skills
