Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving sales and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming service to customers, ensuring a positive first impression of our leisure centre.
- Manage customer relationships, proactively driving membership sales and customer retention.
- Process transactions, manage customer sales and bookings, and assist customers in their choices.
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the front-of-house area, monitoring and controlling entry to the centre.
- Manage complaints in a sensitive manner, promptly and politely in accordance with company guidelines.
- Process and prepare food and drink orders, assisting with service when required.
- Present and sell food and drink stock to customers in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner.
